The hotel offered a good size gym with enough equipment to get a good workout. the internet in the room was great, making it easy for me to stay connected and conduct my business. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful historical city, which allowed me to explore and enjoy my free time.

Additionally, the breakfast buffet was not up to par, with the food being of poor quality. these aspects put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable business trip.

They helped arrange transportation and even provided a fan when I requested it. The staff also fixed my email issues promptly. The driver, Roberto, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. On one occasion, I mentioned that I couldn't handle the A/C in the middle of the night, and they immediately brought me a fan. They also fixed my email problems promptly after I spoke to the front desk. The transportation service was excellent, as they arranged rides to a local restaurant and even provided an early morning ride to the airport. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to the Poliforum Leon exhibition center and convenient for exploring the city. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were top-notch.

The hotel had all the amenities I needed for a successful business trip, including prompt check, in and check, out, reliable Wi. the gym equipment was also serviceable, allowing me to stay on track with my fitness routine. Additionally, the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants, event venues, and places of interest within walking distance.
