They allowed us to do an early check-in and late check-out, which was highly appreciated. The room, although a bit old-fashioned, was immaculate and well-appointed. The bed and mattress were in great condition, very comfortable, and made for a restful sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean meeting facilities and comfortable setups. The buffet-style breakfast and lunch were well-prepared, offering a variety of local and classic choices. The evening reception and restaurant/bar food were tasty and impressively presented. The hotel's location was conveniently close to the World Trade Center, offering shopping and good restaurant choices. Lastly, the hotel provided good wifi everywhere, free coffee near the reception desk, and concierge service with plenty of staff support.
