We loved the incredible view of the mountains from our room window, and the large and beautiful hotel exceeded our expectations. The wonderful breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the indoor pool with its perfect temperature hot tub was a great way to relax. The hotel's location near the Macroplaza and MARCO Contemporary Art Museum, as well as its proximity to the Grand Plaza, was very convenient. The staff, especially Cecilia at the front desk, provided prompt and kind service.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Monterrey and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to MacroPlaza and other downtown attractions. The indoor swimming pool with templated water was a highlight, and there was plenty of underground parking available. The view from inside the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Despite a few drawbacks like an outdated air conditioner and uncomfortable bed, I had a great overall stay. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Monterrey. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast experience could be improved by allowing guests to walk into the restaurant and get food at the buffet without wearing a mask. It felt unnecessary and made the process less enjoyable.
