My family and I spent Christmas here, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, the buffet featured made-to-order dishes, and the jacuzzis provided a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers an excellent location near the Macroplaza and MARCO Contemporary Art Museum, making it easy to explore cultural attractions. I found the indoor pool particularly refreshing and enjoyed the stunning views it provided for relaxation after a busy day. The concierge provided great info on local tours to nearby attractions like Villa de Santiago. We enjoyed a day at the Sesame Street-themed park, which was perfect for our kids, and the location made it easy to explore the city on foot.

In my wife’s opinion, a better breakfast option for kids would enhance the experience.

But only one elevator was working during my stay. The service was great and the location was perfect, everything in walking distance. They had an amazing breakfast buffet with fresh items!

I stayed in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. It was nice to have a big room to relax in after a long day. But the cleanliness could've been better since it didn’t feel like it was fully cleaned. A fridge would’ve been a great addition too. The breakfast was fantastic, so that made up for the room situation a bit!
