We had a romantic escape and the hotel offered a beautiful, intimate atmosphere for couples. The rooms were spacious and had a cozy ambiance, perfect for a romantic getaway. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the main avenue and close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of during our stay.

There were a couple of drawbacks that affected our overall experience. Firstly, the view from our room wasn't very pleasant, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for a nice view to enhance our romantic escape.

We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Toluca and were impressed with the luxurious and recently updated rooms. The large rooms provided plenty of space for our comfort. The bathroom was well-designed with separate shower, toilet, and bath. We particularly loved the quiet atmosphere with windows overlooking the inside atrium. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, although we would have preferred more variety in the coffee options. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Toluca.

The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was very impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it.

The dining restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. The spa & wellness center offered a wide range of treatments, including massages and facials. the comfort and quality services provided here were top-notch.
