The room was spacious with a large bathroom, providing ample comfort. We were impressed by the beautiful patio, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The staff was highly professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciated their flexibility when we needed to check out slightly later. we had a pleasant and relaxing stay at this hotel.

Staff was helpful, accommodating waiter, assistance at breakfast, prompt service for toilet paper, negotiated lower taxi fare.

The staff at the Front Desk were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of Marimba Plaza, the Cathedral, and various restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with options like Chilaquiles and Hot Cakes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the A/C worked well. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

The hotel had a good location, close to bars, restaurants, and a park. It was also a short distance from the colectivos station and the airport. the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options, with tasty coffee and juice.

There were some noise issues during my stay, with loud alarms and noise from the lobby being audible in my room. Additionally, there were guests playing music at loud volumes in the courtyard, and the staff seemed reluctant to address the issue.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the main shopping plaza, a cafe with a stunning view of the city at night, and several restaurants. Everything was conveniently close by.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room, good working AC, and a small desk. The location was ideal, with the main square and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff treated us wonderfully, from the friendly front desk who waited for our midnight arrival to the restaurant staff who prepared a special meal for me when I couldn't make it to breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was mostly Mexican food, but they had scrambled eggs with sausage for a touch of American taste. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a quiet AC. The hotel is conveniently located near Marimba Plaza and the Cathedral, making it easy to explore the area on foot. a great experience!
