We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen, so it's convenient to get to the city, but still in a peaceful and quiet area. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away, and we loved that it wasn't crowded. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the charismatic old gentleman who discussed with us and played piano in the evening. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel! The location is great as it's not far from the city but still in a quiet place, and there is a wonderful beach close by with very few people. The property itself is like a botanical garden, with splendid gardens that are so beautiful and well-maintained. We were also impressed with the lovely room we had, which had excellent amenities like air conditioning, a balcony, and a sitting area. The staff here were very nice and accommodating, always happy to assist with any concerns or questions we had. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our room, and the fact that the hotel had a restaurant and bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy delicious meals and drinks. this place is perfect for independent travelers, couples, or families, and we even made some furry friends with the cats that roam around the property.

The staff, especially Montserrat and Adeliene, were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is relaxing, with big, clean rooms. The hotel has beautiful gardens and architecture. The restaurant and two swimming pools are currently being restored. The free transportation to the beach or sister hotel is quick and convenient.

I recently stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for a few days and had a wonderful time. The hotel had beautifully landscaped gardens and a great pool area. The staff were amazing, especially the friendly and helpful front desk staff, Fernel. The on-site Burger bar was convenient and the breakfast server, Issac, provided excellent and prompt service. The hotel also had a private beach, which was a bit of a walk but definitely worth it. I had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

We got an amazing value for our money at Amarte Maroma Hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, surrounded by lush gardens and just a short shuttle ride to a stunning private beach. The staff treated us like family, making our stay truly memorable.

The beach was stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft white sand. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Plus, the hotel had a great pool area where we could cool off and take a dip.

The pillows were uncomfortable and gave us a stiff neck. Additionally, there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor areas.

Excellent rates, friendly staff, and great rooms. The front desk fellow, Fernel, was always friendly and helpful. The Burger bar was conveniently located and served delicious food. Renting a car and exploring the area is a must, especially visiting the ruins in Tulum and trying the restaurant El Fagon in Playa. We highly recommend spending time at Pavo Real beach. The room was spacious with a private terrace. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lovely concrete walkways winding through jungle plantings. The location is close to Maroma Beach, one of the best in Mexico. The free transportation and friendly staff were a plus.
