I had a great experience staying at a hidden gem in Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, close to the main tourist area but far enough away to not be bothered by the hustle and bustle. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchenette. I loved the balcony with a clothes line and hammock, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel even offered a shower and luggage storage after check-out.

Although the room had a kitchenette, it was not well-equipped and the air conditioner did not work properly.

I decided to stay at this lovely hotel after reading about the friendly staff and great location. The small size of the hotel added to its charm, and I enjoyed relaxing by the patio with its swimming pool. The room, although slightly old, was comfortable and had a cozy ambiance. The best part was being able to cook in the room, although I ended up dining out at the nearby restaurants most of the time. The hotel is conveniently situated close to a variety of dining options, and it's just outside the bustling tourist area, giving it a peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely consider returning to this hotel for a longer stay. I highly recommend this place for its friendly service, excellent location, and cozy atmosphere.

I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Convenient location with plenty of dining options. Comfortable room and nice retreat. Easy to get to ADO station and tourist area. Enjoyed my stay here.

This hotel is a great find, offering excellent value for money. The prices are affordable, making it perfect for budget-conscious travelers. The staff at this hotel is simply wonderful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They pay attention to even the smallest details, ensuring that everything is taken care of. The location of this hotel is perfect - close enough to the main tourist area to easily access all the attractions, but far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility. We loved being just outside the noisy tourist area and found it very convenient to be very close to the collectivo bus stations.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for walking to nearby shops and restaurants. the room was equipped with a small kitchenette and refrigerator, which was a nice feature, and the courtyard with a pool was a great place to relax.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a hard surface. the small bathroom did not have an adequate waste bin for disposing of toilet paper, which made it feel somewhat unsanitary.
