Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and great breakfast. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The numerous restaurants are top-notch, especially El Patron with its delightful piano player. The world-class spa is a must-visit. I highly recommend this resort.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center, just a short and affordable taxi ride away, allowing easy access to the bustling streets and attractions. Guests mentioned that they could reach the center in just 2 minutes by shuttle service. The staff was praised for their attentiveness and friendliness, providing excellent service. the hotel features a lovely pool area and a beautiful garden, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Some guests reported noise disturbances from the road located at the back side of the hotel.

The rooms were modern and comfortable with great amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. the location was also convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.

The lack of all-inclusive options made orders complicated and the costs added up quickly. It could have been improved if there were more options available and efficiency was increased.
