The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were just a short walk away from the beach and all the popular tourist spots. It made it really easy for us to explore and enjoy everything that the city had to offer. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations for places to visit and eat. It was really nice to have that kind of support during our stay.

First, the noise from the nearby bar was unbearable at times. It kept us up late into the night and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

During our stay at 5Ta Avenida Alma Y Mar Apart Hotel By Bfh, we were impressed with the great location right in the center of Playa del Carmen. It was convenient for exploring and sightseeing. The breakfast provided in the nearby restaurant was tasty and a nice start to the day. We also appreciated the free coffee and cookies as a thoughtful touch.

One drawback we experienced was the noise from the surrounding bars at night. However, we were prepared with earplugs, which helped drown out the noise and allowed us to get a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from everything I wanted to see and do in this city. It was so convenient to be near the Mexican banks, the restaurant just around the corner, and especially close to 5th avenue. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were great. I also appreciated the fact that I could leave a deposit in cash and have it returned to me upon check-out. it was a wonderful experience.

There was an amazing Italian restaurant nearby, where I enjoyed authentic pasta dishes. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, making sure all my needs were met. In the morning, I had a delicious breakfast with freshly brewed coffee. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a cozy lounge and reliable WiFi. it was a wonderful stay.
