The location of this hotel was wonderful. We had two studios with balconies that had a stunning view of the sea and the beach. The pool was lovely and very clean. Buses and collectivos were easily accessible from across the road. There was also an excellent restaurant called Terra Luna across the road, with delicious food and great service.

Additionally, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing me with a cozy and inviting space to unwind after a long day of exploring. The convenient location of the hotel also allowed me to easily access nearby attractions such as the Mexican passport office and the Canadian embassy, making my stay even more convenient. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated appearance of the hotel and the lack of umbrellas in the pool area, these did not overshadow the overall amazing experience I had. I would definitely recommend Hotel Elcano to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Acapulco.

I had an amazing stay at the Elcano in Acapulco. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. The rooms all had stunning ocean views, and the hotel was incredibly clean. The staff was attentive and worked hard to keep everything in top shape. The swimming pool was beautiful, and both kids and adults could enjoy it. The location was fabulous, right on the best beach. a truly wonderful hotel experience!
