I recently stayed at Emporio in Veracruz for a week, and I couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect for exploring the harbor and historical center, and the view from the rooms was absolutely magnificent. The hotel had a lovely spa which was a great alternative to the busy swimming pool. The rooms were well-furnished, the hotel was very clean, and the staff provided amazing service. Vanessa, Omar, Deysci, and Jesus were just a few of the wonderful people who made my stay incredible. The hotel restaurant served delicious seafood, and the spa was incredibly relaxing. I can't wait to go back and bring my husband!

I recently stayed at the Emporio hotel in Veracruz for two weeks with my family and had a great time. The corner room we had was fantastic, with a balcony that wrapped around each side and a sitting area. The three swimming pools were a big hit, especially the indoor pool for the kids. The hotel's location was the best part, as we could easily walk to the malecon, museums, and downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel like we were on a cruise ship. The breakfast in the executive lounge was delicious, and the view from the ninth floor was amazing. The bell boys and valet parking service were excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great ocean view on the boulevard. 3 pools and central location. Close to restaurants, shops, and coffee restaurant. Comfortable, clean bedrooms. Very nice and accommodating staff. Very comfortable beds.

The staff at the hotel, including Ivan, Ariel, Omar, Mayra. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, especially considering that we were guests with disabilities. The hotel provided secure parking, a comfortable and airy room with a ceiling fan, and great ocean views. The multiple pools and central location also added to the positive experience. The executive lounge breakfast and evening snacks were delicious, and the view from the ninth floor was amazing. The bell boys and valet parking service were excellent, and the indoor swimming pool and kids' club were enjoyed by my children. The hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to the malecon, museums, and downtown area. The security measures were also reassuring, with guards throughout the hotel. The nightly music band in the lobby created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal, within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and a coffee restaurant. The inside pool is a great place to relax after a day of shopping. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The service provided by Karla at the reception office was outstanding.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Veracruz, Mexico that exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located right on the waterfront, providing stunning views of the port and easy access to attractions like the historic town and the renowned "la parroquia" restaurant. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and attentive service from the staff. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast spread, with a wide variety of delicious options available from early morning until noon. The hotel also offered great facilities including a rooftop garden with panoramic views.

I did notice that the air conditioning in my room was not very effective, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep at night.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the cathedral and city center. We loved being able to go for a morning run along the Malecón, and the hotel was conveniently close to the famous Café de la Parroquia.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for my city trip. There were plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area, making it extremely convenient. Additionally, the hotel had some fantastic views that I was able to enjoy daily. It was a great way to start my day and unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Their service really made my stay enjoyable.

While my overall experience at the hotel was good, there were a few disappointing aspects. the room I was given did not match what I had booked.

We had a fantastic stay in the historical center with excellent location near good restaurants and right on the waterfront. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extremely good.

Fantastic Dining Experience

During our stay at Emporio, we had the pleasure of dining at the seafood restaurant LosCanarios. The food was absolutely fantastic, surpassing our expectations. The flavors were mouthwatering and the presentation was delightful. We were blown away by the taste and quality of every dish we tried. A special mention goes to Pedro, our waiter, who provided exceptional service. He took the time to explain each dish and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. The entire restaurant staff was wonderful. We can't wait to come back and sample the entire menu. I highly recommend this hotel.
