This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided. The rooms are well-furnished, just as shown in the photos, with a full kitchen except for an oven. The location is perfect, being just across the street from the bus depot, making it easy to explore Playa and catch a comfortable bus to Cancun Airport.

All was fine, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being right next to the bus station and in the center of Playa. This makes it very convenient for exploring the city and catching transportation. The unit itself is well-equipped and has everything you need, including comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The staff provide excellent service and are friendly and welcoming. there are convenient facilities nearby, such as Walmart and a 24-hour shop, making it easy to find everything you need.

One downside is that there is no TV in the bedrooms, but this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

We had an incredible stay at Encanto Riviera. The moment we walked into our apartment, we were blown away by its size and amenities. The king-size bed, private bathroom, porch, and fully-equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable and convenient. The rooftop pool with stunning city views was the cherry on top. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling 5th Avenue. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Encanto Riviera to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Playa del Carmen. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing vacation experience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic! It’s just a stone's throw away from the beach and various shops and restaurants. the rooftop pool was amazing, perfect for unwinding and taking in the stunning views of the city. the apartment was spacious and well-lit, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was great to have a 24-hour reception and well-informed staff.

The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unreliable, but it was more of an occasional thing. We also had no international channels on the TV and the final payment had to be made at check-in, which was unusual for us, as we would prefer to pay at checkout.
