We had a great stay at Eurostars. the hotel is an old 5-star property that has been well-maintained by the Eurostar team. the location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by a golf club and private property. It's also conveniently close to the beach and the center of Playa, making it an ideal choice for those who want both tranquility and accessibility. the breakfast exceeded our expectations and we loved overlooking the golf course while enjoying our meals. the spa facility next door was also a pleasant surprise.

The two complementary facts offered were amazing and the location of the hotel was perfect for our new year celebration. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the shuttle to the nearby beach was convenient and the view from the hotel was stunning.

The room we stayed in was not what we expected from the pictures and lacked proper lighting. There were no places to eat or drink when we arrived and the nearest place was a long walk away.

The location was ideal, just a few blocks away from a stunning beach club where I could relax and enjoy the sun. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to Cancún's international airport, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The room I stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start my day off right. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a serene spa and a pool with beautiful views. The experience was truly fantastic.

One negative aspect was the distance from the beach and downtown.

We had an amazing experience at Eurostars Hacienda Vista Real. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi and a sliding door opening into the garden and swimming pool. the hotel is located in a beautiful, gated neighborhood, just a short stroll away from some restaurants and a 10-15 minutes walk from the lovely 5th avenue and boats to Cozumel. the lush garden was an oasis of tranquility, filled with exotic birds, small capybaras, and even turtles in the pond. the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of choices, and the staff, particularly Vivianne, provided professional and friendly service. it was a great place to stay with comfortable rooms and a refreshing swimming pool.

We had a great stay at Eurostars. The breakfast was delicious, except for the coffee. The hotel has a nice pool and a beautiful spa facility next door. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were even upgraded to a huge room that felt more like an apartment. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, about a 25-minute walk from the beach. Great value for money and highly recommended.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool were immaculate, and the service was exceptional. I especially loved the restaurant, having breakfast there each morning which was free and delicious. the location was fabulous, with easy access to the nearby beach and garden area.

I did experience a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection in my room, which had a weaker signal than expected.

We also appreciated the friendly and efficient housekeeping service. the location was peaceful and tranquil, yet conveniently close to town and a fantastic Italian restaurant. the full kitchen in the suites was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Eurostars for a wonderful getaway.
