Great location on the lagoon with a lovely pier to relax on. Beautiful views and good food. Helpful staff, especially Santos. Stayed in a spacious family room with a large bed and good air conditioning. Bikes available for hire.

I had an amazing family vacation at a charming hotel by the lake. The location was perfect, with a lovely pier where we could relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. We especially loved the delicious breakfast included with our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered bikes, kayak, and paddle boards for us to explore the surrounding area.

That the hotel was a bit far from the town center, requiring us to take a car or taxi to go out for groceries or dinner.

The receptionist's warm smile and helpfulness, friendly kitchen staff, amazing rooms with great views, delicious food in the restaurant, kayaks and paddle boards available.

The hotel is located on the lagoon's edge, offering beautiful views. There are hammocks to relax in and plenty of spaces to enjoy. The food at the bar/restaurant is delicious, especially the lunch and dinner options. The hotel provides free kayaks to use and has a variety of seating options by the lake. The margaritas and mojitos are superb.

We spent Thanksgiving at a boutique hotel with beautiful views and a lakeside location. We enjoyed the free kayaks and the delicious lunch/dinner options offered by the hotel. the brochure provided prior to arrival was very helpful when planning our activities in the area.

Some areas and facilities were still unfinished and the breakfast offering was lacking. the staff seemed apathetic, and there was a faint sewage smell in certain areas.

The hotel's location directly at the waterfront is great, with stunning views of the lagoon. The rooms with a lagoon view and terrace offer a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is delicious and a great way to start the day.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, situated right in front of the lagoon. We had the most amazing view from our room and enjoyed spending time on the beautiful balcony. The property itself was also quite impressive, with multiple common areas overlooking the lagoon. We loved lounging in the hammocks and soaking up the sun. The kayaks provided by the hotel were a great bonus, allowing us to explore the lagoon at our own pace. The staff were friendly and helpful, even organizing a boat trip for us. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Xcabal Hotel Boutique.

While the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The rooms were on the smaller side, and we found it difficult to unpack or hang our clothes.
