We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping our room clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the little touches, such as the welcome drink upon arrival, the ironing facilities and free toiletries provided in the room. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were great amenities as well. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

Great staff and excellent customer service. Okay rooms with a nice street view from the large window-tiny balcony. Beds were slightly firm, but comfortable pillows. No in-room coffee, but hot and ample water in the dated shower. Conveniently close to the main plaza with plenty of attractions. The restaurants recommended by Luis were fantastic, and he even organized transportation to Guanajuanto, a must-visit in Mexico.

The staff was fantastic, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The location of the hotel was great, just steps away from the main plaza. We loved being able to easily explore the area and take part in all the events and activities happening nearby. Additionally, the restaurants recommended by the staff were amazing and offered delicious meals that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The rooms were just average, nothing special. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, too firm for my liking.
