I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Boca del Río for a few days. The hotel is located right on the beach and offers stunning ocean views. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The spacious rooms had all the amenities we needed and we even had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was absolutely huge and perfect for swimming and relaxing. Free parking was also a great perk.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a new area of Boca del Río just on the beach, offering a prime location for relaxation and beach activities. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. The service is friendly, especially in the restaurant where the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate large groups. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options. The hotel also has a business center, making it convenient for business travelers.

There were inconsistencies with offerings in the bar and restaurant, and the service in the bar was slow at times.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana. The meals were fantastic, especially the dinner at the Italian restaurant. The buffet breakfast and lunch were also very enjoyable. The private beach was perfect for relaxing and it was nice and quiet. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the staff made an effort to assist us despite the language barrier. We especially enjoyed the pool area, with its unique shape and fun atmosphere. The warm water in both the pool and the ocean was delightful, and we had the place to ourselves during the week. The prices for most things were also quite affordable. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Beach location is great. Beach and pool waiters are wonderful, especially Rafa. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Attentive staff and good room service. Excellent concierge and manager on the beach.

The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and remembered our names. The beach and location were fantastic. The restaurant staff was accommodating and the food was great. The bed was comfortable and provided beautiful views of the beach.

Spent a great New Year's at this seaside resort. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and the friendly staff led us to our table quickly. A huge, wonderful swimming pool awaited us and the room we got had all of the expected modern amenities. the location was perfect - close to everything. Plus, we got free parking!

The property felt crowded, especially the pool and beach. The breakfast could be improved for the price. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was attentive and helpful, and they upgraded our room to a better suite.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in a new area of Boca del Río, right on the beach, was perfect for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, especially the huge swimming pool, were wonderful. We were pleased with the free parking provided and found the staff to be extremely helpful and kind. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was tasty and satisfying.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiesta Americana. The ocean view from our spacious suite was absolutely stunning. The room service was excellent, and the staff at the beach and pool were attentive and friendly. Despite a few minor hiccups, the manager was able to resolve the issues promptly. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and great amenities.
