Best aspects of our romantic escape were the luxurious and comfortable room, with a remote control for everything, and the incredibly comfortable bed that gave us the best sleeps. the convenient location near the airport made it easy for us to catch our flights, and we also enjoyed having a restaurant on-site for a delicious dinner.

The language barrier with some of the front desk staff, which made communication difficult, and the not-so-impressive breakfast menu. the free shuttle service from the airport was confusing and unclear.

The co-working space had everything I needed for productivity. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was convenient, and the gym was well equipped. I enjoyed the amazing view of the city from my comfortable room. I recommend this hotel.

We were excited to stay in a hotel that was located in a shopping mall, thinking it would be convenient for dining and exploring. However, we were disappointed to find that there were only a few restaurants and a gym in the mall. We had expected more options and attractions nearby. no one ever apologized for the inconvenience.

fiesta americana was a pleasant surprise during my recent stay in mexico city. the brand new property was excellent and the staff were super nice. the free airport shuttle was so helpful and easy to organize. exceeded expectations and highly recommended!

Nothing not to love.

The hotel's location was convenient as it was close to both the airport and city center and was also in an attached mall. You could easily get inside the mall through the first floor, making shopping easy. The staff spoke English and were very accommodating. The beds in the room were large, comfortable, and had clean sheets.

One downside worth mentioning was that breakfast was not up to par as expected and guests had to choose from a limited menu that had a premium price tag.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the complementary shuttle service to the nearby airport and the hotel's prime location within a mall which offered various food options and shopping stores at my doorstep. the room service was excellent, ensuring the room cleanliness and a comfortable stay.

the inability to open windows in the rooms left me feeling claustrophobic. the limited TV channels were an inconvenience during the holiday season when I wanted to watch something festive.

the indoor swimming pool was pristine and inviting, along with the private facilities in the room adding to the comfort and convenience of our stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both exceptional, and the continental buffet breakfast was incredibly delicious, providing a variety of options to choose from.

The only minor issue we encountered was not being able to open the window in the room.

I had an amazing stay at Fiesta Americana! The hotel's airport shuttle was prompt and the driver even helped with our luggage. The large rooms with big windows provided a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, so there were plenty of dining and shopping options. I particularly enjoyed the futuristic facilities and the ability to control the lights and curtains with a remote control. The TV in my room was massive with crisp visuals, and it even had my name on the home-screen. The hotel also provided a small refrigerator stocked with drinks and snacks. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

While the breakfast price seemed a bit high compared to the room rate, it didn't affect my overall experience. There was also some outside noise, but it didn't bother me much.
