Located near everything, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring. It's right next store to a well-known institute and the rooms offer great views. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The huge TV and enormous window were a plus. The breakfast was delicious and the staff courteous and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at this place! The location on the edge of the campus and in a mall with a few good restaurants was perfect for us. The service was amazing with room service, laundry, and 24-hour reception always available. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and all the amenities in our room, like the ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The staff, especially the manager, was very attentive and helpful. The leisure swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun terrace were great places to relax and enjoy the view.

We stayed at a hotel during Xmas break and received two complementary drinks on arrival, which was nice. the hotel location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from various restaurants and bars, making it an exceptional spot for exploring. the best aspect was the beautiful outdoor pool that we enjoyed a lot.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was very impressed. The location was fantastic, right next to a shopping mall with a couple of restaurants and on the edge of the Monterrey Tec campus. The service was top-notch, with room service available 24 hours a day and a helpful and friendly staff. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace where I could relax and enjoy the nice weather. I had a wonderful experience at this place.

The bed was great and the room was clean. We had a lovely view of the whole city. The hotel also had a comfortable and convenient location, especially for those visiting the Monterrey Tec campus. The outdoor swimming pool was a big plus, as it was designed for swimming lengths and did not have diving boards or kids, making it a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

The food at the hotel was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet. It had a great variety and everything was delicious. the staff was also very accommodating and went out of their way to fulfill my special requests. They even brought me toast with nutella at 4:30 in the morning when I needed it for the marathon I was running. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to the Monterrey Institute of Technology and many nearby stores was a major plus.

There were a couple of downsides during my stay. the water pressure in the shower was weak, which made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy my shower.
