We had a great stay at Fiesta Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized bed. The location was convenient for our needs. The check-out staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast at the hotel was good, although a bit pricey. Unfortunately, the check-in staff were not very welcoming and made us feel undervalued as guests. The electrical outlet next to the sink in our room did not work, and the TV remote was not user-friendly. we would recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel! It's so convenient to many Mexico City south attractions and even close to the Azteca stadium, which was perfect for us as we were traveling for a Soccer game. The restaurant had a few options that were very nearby, making it easy for us to grab a bite to eat. We also appreciated the in-room amenities like an ironing facility, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. we were impressed with the comfort and quality of the hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at Fiesta Inn for a few days during my trip to Mexico City. The room had everything I needed and I appreciated the absence of carpet, which made it feel cleaner. The hotel had a fresh and modern look. The location was excellent, close to multiple attractions and a big shopping center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ample-sized and clean rooms made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and I loved the view of the city from my 12th-floor window. Additionally, having fresh coffee available in the hallway was a nice touch. The hotel also had a great pool and gym with all the necessary equipment.

Pleasant Surprise

During our stay at Fiesta Inn, we were pleasantly surprised by the courteous and attentive staff. They suggested taking a taxi from outside to our destination, ensuring we didn't overpay. Additionally, they promptly emailed us the receipt when requested. The location was ideal, within walking distance to UNAM and nearby shopping. Although there were some noisy moments, the overall experience was positive.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, making it easy to access banks and exchange money. There is also a 24-hour store nearby for any last-minute needs. Additionally, it is in close proximity to the stadium, specifically the Azteca stadium, which is great for sports enthusiasts. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, including delicious Mexican specialties. The rooms provide wonderful views of the city, giving guests a treat during their stay.
