My partner and I had the most amazing time during our romantic escape. the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of food and the coffee was a real standout. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a laundry facility. the location was perfect with a mall nearby and the historic part of town only a short distance away. But the best thing about our stay was the fantastic staff who made our experience truly unforgettable.

Although we had a great time, there were a few things that could have been better. the bath towels were old and frayed and in need of replacement.

We had a minor issue with our room, but Mariana, the manager, handled it with professionalism and care. The breakfast staff, especially Samuel, went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The view from the room was breathtaking and the king size bed was perfect.
