We had a delightful stay at Flamingo Hotel. The staff at the reception, especially Oscar, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for diving and dining options. The hotel itself is cozy and inviting, with clean rooms and lovely common lounging areas on each floor.

The Flamingo had a great rooftop terrace to relax and enjoy the stars. The spacious rooms with balconies were perfect for unwinding. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the breakfast, for an extra cost, was satisfying. The staff at the front desk were helpful and pleasant.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Cozumel. the location was perfect, with several great restaurants within walking distance. the bed was incredibly comfortable, which is a rare find in Mexico. the front desk staff, especially Oscar, were exceptional and made us feel welcomed. And the best part? Oscar also doubles as a fantastic bartender, making the best margaritas!

Great breakfast spread with lots of fresh fruit, and free parking available nearby. the location is unbeatable with easy access to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Best of all, the friendly staff made our stay feel like a home away from home.

The Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty in some areas of the hotel, so it's better to use it in the common areas. the street can get a bit noisy at night, so light sleepers might want to bring some earplugs.
