Our second stay at Frida Hotel was exceptional! We rented 3 spacious apartments for our family and were impressed with the fully stocked kitchen, great water pressure in the showers, and the large patios. the Netflix account was a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring Parque Espana and Parque Mexico. the staff, from security to reception, were outstanding, making our 5-day stay comfortable and enjoyable. the nearby Argentine restaurant was a delightful find, and overall, we had a fantastic experience thanks to the attentive service and well-equipped accommodations.

The location of the hotel is great, situated in the charming Condesa neighborhood with nearby restaurants and parks. The rooms are spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The host/concierge, Emmanuel, is extremely helpful and provides great recommendations and advice. The hotel also offers a small but well-equipped fitness room, and a complimentary breakfast with coffee, yogurt, and fruit.

The housekeeping could be improved, as there were instances where the coffee bar area was not restocked daily and there was a lingering bad smell in the apartment due to trash left by previous guests.

Spent a great New Year's Eve here! the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own New year’s dinner. the small fitness room was perfect for a quick workout in the mornings. Also appreciated the breakfast that was provided and the location was ideal for exploring the vibrant Condesa neighborhood with its many great restaurants and pretty parks.

The coffee bar was not restocked daily and we had to remind them to empty the trashcan. Despite this, it was still a fantastic choice for our New Year break with plenty of space and privacy, and a great location close to all the best spots.

The hotel also had a small but well-equipped fitness room, and they provided coffee, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast.
