The hotel is located in a peaceful area, perfect for a quiet getaway. It is surrounded by beautiful grounds and has a relaxing pool area. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Free pastries are offered for breakfast. The hotel is close to many bars, shops, and restaurants, and there is a great seafood restaurant nearby. Tours to visit cenotes are available at a cheap price.

The location is not ideal, as the near area is not safe with very dark streets.

The hotel’s location was ideal as it was close to the beach and provided easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and offered great value for money.

Amazing pool area! The pool was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, exactly what I needed for a quiet getaway. I spent hours lounging by the pool, reading a book, and sipping on refreshing drinks. It was absolutely delightful.

The hotel had a great pool that we enjoyed during our Christmas stay. It was very clean and well-maintained. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many bars, shops, and restaurants. We didn't have to walk very far to find something to do or somewhere to eat. the hotel staff was fantastic and very helpful in giving us recommendations for things to do in the area.

The rooms were a bit cramped, and the bathroom was very small and somewhat uncomfortable to use. there was some noise from outside that we could hear in our room, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
