I was amazed by the stunning lobby and grand staircase at Gamma. The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of delicious options. The executive room was comfortable and the beds were cozy. The bar was a great place to relax and the bell boy provided excellent service. Despite some minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The 24/7 room service was a great advantage, with a wide selection of food and drinks available. the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and they were able to accommodate my emergent change in dates without any issues. the hotel also had a convenient service to hold my luggage during check-in and check-out, which made my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, having an iron, ironing board, and safety box available in the room was a nice touch.

One of the rooms I was assigned to was not very clean, with a noticeable smell in the bathroom and dusty furniture. However, when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they were quick to resolve the issue and switched me to another room.

The front desk, restaurant, and room cleaning staff were all extremely helpful and courteous, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located right in the heart of the city, offering a fabulous view of the mountains from my window. The wifi worked perfectly and the gym was bright and well-lit. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Gamma in Monterrey and got great value for my money. The room was comfortable and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the salon amenity on the 5th floor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist with glasses who went above and beyond to find me a room with a view. The location was perfect, with the charming Barrio Antiguo just a short walk away.
