We enjoyed the spacious and nicely decorated room with all the amenities that we needed during our city trip. the garden was beautiful and offered a wonderful atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring. the staff provided us with a card that allowed us to come and go as we pleased, which was very convenient.

The lack of communication from the hotel staff. We were not informed of special events that were taking place at the hotel, and missed out on them because of this.

The hotel staff provided a warm welcome and were extremely accommodating. The location of the hotel was great, with a beautiful garden and nicely decorated rooms. The rooms were spacious, with colorful details and had all the necessary facilities such as a bathroom, hot water, TV, WiFi. The breakfast exceeded expectations, with a variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and bread. the hotel organized special events such as an artist's presentation, providing a unique and enjoyable experience for guests.

The hotel could improve on communication with guests regarding special events happening during their stay.
