Excellent service: The hotel staff provided top-notch service throughout the stay, which was a refreshing change from the lower service standards experienced in other parts of Mexico. From the garage attendants to the front desk staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Basic but functional: While the rooms may be basic, they offer the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The individually controlled air conditioning worked well, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms also had a work desk and a bathtub, which added to the convenience.

Thin walls: Light sleepers should be aware that the walls between the rooms are quite thin, which means that sound can travel easily. This may lead to disruptions and a lack of privacy for some guests.
