This hotel in the heart of Tulum offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and modern, with friendly staff and basic amenities. The location is very convenient, just a street away from the main strip of Tulum. The breakfast is a highlight, with a choice of fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, or eggs served with juice and fresh coffee.

Great value for money and fantastic location just one block away from the main strip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast area had beautiful gardens and nice music, and the breakfast itself was light but sufficient. The room had a comfortable mattress and an awesome shower.

There were some small issues that detracted from my overall experience. The bathroom didn't have a fan/vent, making it hot and unpleasant after showering.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests that I had. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, being only a short walk away from all the action in the city center. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and offered a good variety of options to choose from.

One downside was that the windows in the rooms didn't provide much privacy, as they looked onto the outdoor hallways. This meant that we couldn't let in much natural light while in the room.

The hotel was not well soundproofed, and we could hear noise from the bar nearby late at night, which disturbed our sleep. There were no curtains in the room that could effectively block out the corridor lights, making it difficult to sleep in complete darkness.

Location: This city was conveniently located in an "up and coming" neighborhood with lots of construction in town, making it easy to get taxis everywhere and explore the town center and ADO bus station. Breakfast: The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with several choices to satisfy different tastes. Staff: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Not obvious to find

We were pleasantly surprised by the colorful and comfy rooms at Ginger. The hotel is well located, close to the city life but far enough to avoid the night noise. We appreciated the convenience of having a taxi station nearby. The hotel also had an agreement with another place in Tulum where we could stay at the beach if we spent around $25 per person during the day, which was a great deal. our stay at Ginger was enjoyable and we would recommend it.
