This hotel in the heart of Tulum offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and modern, with friendly staff and basic amenities. The location is very convenient, just a street away from the main strip of Tulum. The breakfast is a highlight, with a choice of fresh fruit, yogurt and granola, or eggs served with juice and fresh coffee.

No major issues.

Great value for money and fantastic location just one block away from the main strip. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. the breakfast area had beautiful gardens and nice music, and the breakfast itself was light but sufficient. the room had a comfortable mattress and an awesome shower.

There were some small issues that detracted from my overall experience. the bathroom didn't have a fan/vent, making it hot and unpleasant after showering.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests that I had. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, being only a short walk away from all the action in the city center. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and offered a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was really modern, simple, and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the room was big. We loved the tasty breakfasts and the fact that the staff were incredible - very helpful and smiley. The hotel was centrally located, close to all amenities and restaurants. It was also close to bike rentals, making it easy for us to get to the beach easily.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short distance from the main attractions and nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was not well soundproofed, and we could hear noise from the bar nearby late at night, which disturbed our sleep. There were no curtains in the room that could effectively block out the corridor lights, making it difficult to sleep in complete darkness.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tulum downtown. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the beach within easy reach. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and the bed was huge and super comfortable. I also loved the included breakfast at Ginger, with a choice of menu items and delicious coffee. The attention to detail and value for money were exceptional.

No issues whatsoever, everything was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by the colorful and comfy rooms at Ginger. The hotel is well located, close to the city life but far enough to avoid the night noise. We appreciated the convenience of having a taxi station nearby. The hotel also had an agreement with another place in Tulum where we could stay at the beach if we spent around $25 per person during the day, which was a great deal. our stay at Ginger was enjoyable and we would recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and professional, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our visit. The room was very clean and had ample storage space for all our belongings. We appreciated the mini fridge stocked with snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within easy walking distance to the ADO station, restaurants, and bars. The comfortable bed provided us with a good night's sleep, and the beautifully designed property added to the overall ambiance.

I recently stayed at a small hotel in downtown Tulum for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a night guard to ensure the safety of parked cars. Additionally, the hotel offers laundry services and the option to borrow DVDs for in-room entertainment. The location is central to town, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's a short drive to the beach, ruins, and cenotes.
