First time staying at an all-inclusive and I was blown away! The staff was amazing and the dance show was top-notch. So many delightful surprises, highly recommend!

Such a shame the place lacked character and felt cold. The food all tasted the same.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was exceptional. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including a fresh omelet station that we loved. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to transportation options. Additionally, the hotel had a great seating area where drinks were served, adding to our overall enjoyment.

The food at the resort was amazing, especially the a la carte restaurants. We enjoyed the variety and quality of the dishes. The lunch by the pool was also a highlight, with delicious guacamole and fresh pizza. The resort's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. We loved spending our days by the ocean. Additionally, the cleanliness of the washrooms throughout the resort was impressive. The cleaning staff did a great job.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The front desk/reception staff were not very helpful and gave conflicting information.

Loved the delicious breakfast, entertaining shows, and comfortable rooms. Shout out to bartender Manuel, he's the best! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. it was a pretty property with close proximity to the ocean. The adults-only pool area was quiet, perfect for relaxation. We also appreciated the availability of food throughout the day.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the airport and we didn't have to travel far after a long flight. There were plenty of shops nearby, so we could easily find anything we needed. The hotel had direct access to the beach, which was amazing. The room service was exceptional and the staff at the reception desk were very helpful. The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the live entertainment and the spa facilities. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

This place is great! It's very close to the airport and the beach so it's super convenient. The staff here are so helpful and friendly! I loved how they offer room service 24/7, and the room was always kept clean. The restaurants inside were amazing! I enjoyed having dinner here every night.
