The hotel had a beautiful building and garden, which gave it a unique and charming atmosphere. The room decor was a bit kitschy, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied, with a lady making fresh corn tortillas and preparing eggs to order. This added a nice touch to the dining experience.

The front desk staff seemed a bit dull and lacking enthusiasm. Dinner at the hotel was not recommended, as the quality was not up to par.

This hotel boasts a stunning, elegant, historic building with luxurious amenities that fulfilled our exclusive needs. the indoor swimming pool and the garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere. Room advantages included a spacious and comfortable bed, as well as high-quality bathroom toiletries. the buffet breakfast was unmatched for its variety, quality, and taste. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered excellent service with an attentive and polite staff.

this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

The variety and quality of the food were impressive, especially the fresh juice and the hot chocolate. the staff at the restaurant were courteous, attentive, and made me feel welcome. the location next to the park and the main avenue was convenient for my business meetings.

The room was overpriced for what it delivered, and the decor was outdated. the noise level during the night was high, both from the street and internal activities, which affected my sleep quality.
