The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient. Situated in the heart of this city, it made exploring the local attractions a breeze. We were able to walk to many of the nearby landmarks and shops, saving us both time and money on transportation. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any queries we had. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone.

Perfect location on the main square, with mind-blowing views. The service for the on-site car park, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception was super. Loved the bar/lounge area and delicious food at the restaurant and snack bar. The paid airport shuttle was convenient. The fitness studio was jaw-dropping, and the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage, steam room. The laundry service was efficient, and the flat-screen TV in the room was a bonus. The lift made it easy to get around, and the business center was handy. In-room breakfast was tasty, and the beach umbrellas added a nice touch. The children's buffet was great for families. Appreciated the no pets allowed policy and the in-room air conditioning. No smoking on site ensured a pleasant environment. a truly satisfying experience.

We had a great stay at a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the action. the location at the Zocalo was perfect - we were able to easily explore the vibrant nightlife and enjoy the local entertainment and shopping. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and our spacious room had a stunning view of the Zocalo. We also enjoyed the delicious and reasonably priced breakfast buffet. We will definitely be coming back.

The hotel facilities showed signs of wear and tear, which affected the ambiance. the shower was challenging to access because of a deep tub, making it difficult for individuals with mobility concerns.

The staff at Diligencias were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel has an elegant lobby and efficient elevators. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The lively plaza across the street offers plenty of outdoor dining options. Banks and ATMs are conveniently located nearby.
