During my stay, I experienced the disappointment of the fountains not operating and the pools being dirty, just like one of the previous guests mentioned. However, despite these shortcomings, the overall beauty of the hotel and the warm hospitality of the staff made up for it.

The beautiful gardens and the presence of exotic birds such as peacocks and flamingos were definitely a highlight. Additionally, the heated indoor swimming pool was a great amenity, especially during the colder months. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. the rooms were outdated and had visible stains on the curtains and sheets.

Our stay at Gran Hotel Firenze was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and a spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and even peacocks wandering around. The staff treated us really well, especially Sr Javian who gave us a tour of the facilities.
