Stayed in a 19th century mansion, stunning! Ate local Yucatecan food at The Emperor, amazing! The terrace had lovely garden views.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in Merida and had a fantastic experience. The hotel had an old colonial mansion feel with a courtyard garden, which created a relaxing atmosphere. Our room on the fifth floor was large and comfortable, and we appreciated having an elevator after a long day of exploring Mayan sites. The location was great, just a short walk from the city centre and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast included in our tour package was delicious with lots of options. The hotel also had a pool, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Merida.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Merida for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from a vibrant square and great restaurants. The staff at the hotel was incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel valued as a guest. The room I stayed in was comfortable, with a balcony that overlooked the swimming pool. The hotel also had excellent wifi throughout the property, which was important for me as I needed to work remotely. Additionally, the hotel had a beautifully decorated lobby and a fantastic pool. it was a delightful stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. The key highlight was the excellent location, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the downtown area and visit nearby attractions. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel incredibly welcomed. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the cozy and comfortable rooms.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the room's TV was quite small and positioned in a way that made it difficult to watch comfortably from the bed.

The hotel had a stunning garden in a huge open-air courtyard, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were nicely furnished, large, and spotless. The hotel's location was great, close to the center of the city and convenient for exploring.

The hotel did not have fridges in the rooms, which was a major inconvenience, especially when we wanted a cold glass of water after a hot day. The accommodations in the facility were also old and worn out, and the TV and cable were outdated.

The pool at Gran Real Yucatan was a lifesaver after a long flight. The staff was so welcoming and provided towels for us, which was a huge help since we forgot to pack any. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to all the attractions in the city and within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, offering a good range of options to start the day.

We also encountered issues with insects, such as ants and flies, which made our stay less pleasant. The onsite restaurant did not meet our expectations in terms of food quality.
