I had an amazing stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana in Cancun. The beach was stunning with soft sand and perfect for swimming. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Senior Ivan who helped arrange snorkeling and fishing tours. The hotel was constantly clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious, with a variety of restaurants to choose from. The location was also great, just a block away from a central flea market. a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

the employees were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was pleased. the facility itself was also very welcoming and had a great location right on the beach. the breakfast buffet was a dream, and the food at the restaurants was superb. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the spa, which was absolutely incredible. the room service was prompt and the staff's friendliness was exceptional. I felt pampered and well taken care of during my vacation.

The location was perfect, right next to the beautiful beach and just off the vibrant entertainment strip. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying.

The resort offers clean and modern rooms with spacious and beautiful views. The private beach is clean with great service and there are plenty of clubs and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and motivated, always ready to support. The pool is conveniently located next to the beach and there is a big fitness and spa area. The bus stop is close by, making it easy to explore the Hotel Zone.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the spacious rooms with stunning ocean views and balconies. The 24-hour room service was a savior for late-night meals. The breakfasts were magical, offering a wide variety of high-quality food, including champagne and cocktails. The hotel staff provided extraordinary service and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The value for money exceeded our expectations.

The beach was incredible - soft sand, included chairs and umbrellas. Amazing food variety, including cook-to-order omelettes and free Prosecco. Excellent room service and Nespresso machine. The staff was attentive and hardworking, providing continuous drinks and food.

We had an amazing time at this place! The hotel is located on the best beach in the area and the staff take care of your every need. Our room was spacious with a balcony and a terrace where we enjoyed the beautiful view. In-room amenities like jacuzzi and air conditioning allowed us to relax after a long day. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast, and the coffee/tea at the lobby and the snack bar make the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had a great location right on the beach, which provided stunning ocean views. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. We especially enjoyed the happy hour at the lobby bar, where we were treated to complimentary snacks. The pool and beach areas were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for lounging and enjoying the sun.

There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved. The facilities showed signs of aging, with various maintenance issues in our room and throughout the hotel.

We loved the oceanfront view from our room and the speedy room service. The location was great, with larger hotel rooms and a beautiful private beach. The pools were clean and enjoyable. we had a great time as trekkers and group of friends.
