We recently had an amazing city break where we encountered an inviting luxurious stay. the room was comfortable and stylish, having two complementary minibar refreshments upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. the location was central, walking distance to numerous eateries and shopping locales which made the experience more enjoyable. the view of the city from the room was stunning.

Met with unprofessionalism and lack of attention at the front desk was not a welcoming first impression.

The bed was fantastic and the location was excellent. The staff was accommodating and attentive, especially the desk staff and concierge. The design, decor, and overall atmosphere of the hotel were impressive.

Guests can easily explore the San Pedro area, with many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and beautiful views of the mountains. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruit juice to mouthwatering pastries.

Some guests have mentioned that the hotel can be a bit difficult to find for cars.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern hotel with great amenities. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
