New stylish and comfortable property. Delicious breakfast, although limited on weekdays. Centric location, close to main attractions. Spacious rooms with big TV. Helpful and friendly staff. Would love to return.

Our recent stay at Grand Fiesta Americana was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and the plumbing was in excellent condition. We also loved the amenities provided by the hotel. The bell boys were very courteous and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is conveniently located right in the center, close to main attractions in the historical center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a double-sink toilet and fantastic showers. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. The lobby is airy and the entrance is lovely.

The lack of an open buffet on weekdays could be disappointing for some guests.

there were some inconsistencies with the service, including communication issues with the staff regarding the meals. I had an incident where there were chunks of glass scattered around the room, which was immediately corrected by the staff, but was still a concerning situation.
