We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-designed with clever hidden storage. The location was perfect, just steps away from 5th Avenue and all its attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with more options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the hotel, including the concierge and welcome group, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The check-in process was seamless and we were even greeted with a welcome drink. The hotel itself exceeded all of our expectations. We hardly left the hotel during our stay because it was such an amazing place. We had the pleasure of dining in all of the restaurants and the lunchtime meal from La Cocina was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Omer provided fantastic service every day. The spa and gym facilities were also fantastic, and we enjoyed taking exercise classes. I couldn't fault a single thing about this hotel - it was absolutely amazing.

The Grand Hyatt in Playa del Carmen had a top-notch service with exceptionally gracious and helpful staff. The hotel's location was perfect, close to restaurants and stores on 5th Avenue. The room with two queen size beds was spacious and the porch/balcony had a lovely view. The architecture and design were spectacular.

grand hyatt playa del carmen resort truly exceeded our expectations during this group visit. the swim up room was a highlight, allowing us to relax and cool off in privacy. the location was perfect, being close to the main street without the noise. the staff went above and beyond, making our honeymoon extra special. highly recommend!

I loved the hotel's location right on the beach. It was so convenient to have direct access to the beach from the hotel. Plus, being outside of 5th Avenue made it quieter and more relaxing. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My ocean front room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The buffet breakfast had an incredible selection and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the beach and pool areas and was able to recharge and relax. The location was great for exploring the area. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel architecture is stunning, with a practical yet beautiful interior design. The infinity pools and beach are fantastic, with plenty of comfortable seating. "The Grill at 1-26" restaurant serves perfect Tenderloin Steak, and the staff, especially Yairo, provide excellent service. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, open 24/7. The reception staff are helpful in arranging car rentals and giving helpful tips. The location is great, just a few minutes from Quinta Avenida.

Everything is what I need and want.

As a solo traveler, I loved the top-notch amenities and facilities at the resort. The location is perfect - right on the beach with direct access and in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen. The staff were friendly and the hotel was kept clean. The swimming pool area was stylish and private, with multiple pools to choose from. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with fast Wi-Fi and nice bathroom facilities. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which is a bonus for animal lovers like me.

Felt great, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel offered me the most luxurious stay I have ever had. The exclusive amenities were above and beyond my expectations. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was a relaxing haven. The indoor swimming pool was pristine, and the sauna was a perfect way to unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and the Jacuzzi was a special touch. The beach access was a nice touch, and the beauty treatment left my skin glowing. The location advantages were strategically located near the pedestrian street, Quinta, for easy access to countless restaurants and shops.

Although my stay was perfect, there was only one minor issue. The live entertainment was lacking and could use improvement.
