This hotel is beautifully designed with a modern decor that is both spacious and comfortable. the staff is friendly and attended to our every need, making us feel right at home. the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre and the Indoor swimming pool are truly luxurious and provided us with the much-needed relaxation we were looking for.

Although we had a great experience overall, the only minor issue we faced was the street noise that could be heard from our room. despite this, the room advantages like the private facilities and the sun terrace made up for it.

The location near the Cathedral was convenient for exploring the town and attending Mass. The room had a nice view of the town from the balcony, providing a picturesque backdrop. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in and providing helpful assistance.

The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, making it difficult to relax due to the noise from other guests and street traffic.

The view of the town from the balcony at Grand Marques was absolutely breathtaking. The spacious room and modern decor added to the overall luxury experience. The staff, particularly Irma, was extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The hotel's proximity to the Cathedral and Mercado was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
