We had a fantastic time at a beautiful resort in the Caribbean. The pools were amazing, and there were many choices between the bars and restaurants. We loved the private beach, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable for our stay. Overall we highly recommend Princess for a tropical getaway.

The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. There were various pools to choose from, providing a lot of options for relaxation and enjoyment. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

The wifi service was slow and poor, definitely in need of improvement. Transportation to and from the airport was not included, which was inconvenient.

This hotel is located right by the beach, offering a fantastic view and easy access to the Beach Club. The rooms are kept extremely clean, with a nice touch of having a whirlpool bath or a fan for added comfort. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast at the buffets offers a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The WiFi signal needs improvement throughout the hotel.

The best aspects of our stay at this hotel were the fun and lively atmosphere of the pools, the abundance of shaded seating available on the beach, and the incredible foam party that we had the opportunity to experience. We were also impressed by the picturesque beauty of the resort, which exceeded our expectations compared to other all-inclusive resorts we've stayed at previously.

I recently stayed at the Grand Riviera Princess in Playa del Carmen for a week-long vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hot showers were a delight after a long day of exploring. The well-maintained grounds made for a picturesque setting. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, and the food selection was impressive. The clean rooms with daily stocked refrigerators were a nice touch. The resort's size was never an issue, thanks to the helpful employees who whisked me around in golf carts.

Had a wonderful Easter holiday at this resort. The pools were amazing, and the beach access was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The grounds were well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was also great to have a daily restocking of the mini fridge.

The food at the all-inclusive restaurants was not very good. The resort is quite big, so if your room is far, you may have to wait for a cart to take you.

The Platinum Villas room was a great choice as it provided access to all the top features of the resort. we had a blast and will definitely be returning!
