We had a dream-like experience at this beautiful resort! the entrance was like stepping into a magical alley, surrounded by lush plants, statues, and wildlife. Our hotel was great, and the beach felt like it was straight out of a movie. the pools were amazing and the A la carte restaurant served excellent meals. the nightly shows were top-notch and professional. the outdoor areas were impressively clean and well-maintained.

The beach was stunning, with plenty of both sunny and shaded areas to relax. The variety of food options at the buffets was impressive and the made-to-order breakfast was a highlight. The spacious rooms and balconies were a plus, and the full-size mirror was a nice touch. Despite some small inconveniences, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its beautiful grounds, beach access, and multitude of dining choices.

The location of the a la carte restaurants in certain areas of the complex provided a delightful ambiance and beautiful views by the sea. The room accommodations were comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and a variety of facilities for guests to enjoy. The location of the a la carte restaurants was convenient, making it easy for our family to enjoy a variety of dining options. We loved the family-friendly atmosphere and entertainment provided by the Moana show and MJ tribute. The resort had a beautiful nature reserve where we were able to observe monkeys, deer, coaties, and iguanas in their natural habitat.

One negative aspect of our stay was the inconsistency in the information provided by the staff, which caused some confusion during our trip.

The staff at Grand Sunset Princess were fantastic! They were friendly, kind, and always willing to help. One specific situation that stood out to us was when we had an issue with our room. The maintenance team quickly came to fix it and even apologized for the inconvenience. Their prompt and efficient service made our stay much more enjoyable. we had a great experience at Grand Sunset Princess and would highly recommend it.

The luxurious exclusive amenities here are top-notch. From the premium access to certain areas to the good variety of food in the buffet, everything exceeded our expectations. We were pampered by the Spa & wellness centre services and enjoyed the Outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The only minor issue was the noise during the day near the main pool area with all the activities happening. For those looking for a relaxing stay, it can be a bit overwhelming.
