I had a fantastic time at this venue! The location is great, with easy access to many attractions. The staff is very attentive to making sure everything is just so, and the restaurant served delicious food. The room was clean and comfortable, and room service was excellent. I especially appreciated the tea and coffee facilities and the sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, were the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.

Had a great xmas stay. the pool is amazing, perfect temperature, and plenty of chairs. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a lot of variety. the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, with great attention to detail. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shopping.

The room was a bit small and outdated, with a cramped bathroom. the WiFi was a bit spotty and slow at times.

During our stay at Hotel Guadalajara, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The services provided were exceptional, and the food served was delicious. We particularly appreciated the friendly staff, especially Juan Diaz, who went above and beyond to help us with our sightseeing plans. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with everything we needed within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
