Staying at Hotel Hacienda Vallarta, Playa Las Glorias felt like diving into a nostalgic family reunion, but with pools instead of uncles telling bad jokes! The staff was incredible. they even checked in with us when our taxi was delayed, turning a potential disaster into a good laugh. The breakfast buffet was like a morning fiesta, fully loaded with delicious options to kickstart your day like a mariachi band blasting in your heart!

However, the family suite showed signs of neglect, with a leaky shower and mold around the bathroom sink. While the food was enjoyable, especially the western dishes, this hotel feels more suited for a brief stay rather than an extended getaway.

We loved lounging by the clean outdoor pool and soaking in the sun on the terrace after a long day. The hotel offered excellent spots to chill, like the sun loungers and garden area, which were perfect for unwinding. Just quick note, we did find the cleaning products a bit strong in the room, but it didn't stop us from having a blast! 😊

The hotel had a cozy family atmosphere with entertaining programs for all ages, which was perfect for our three kids. We especially loved lounging by the clean pool and enjoyed the quick stroll to the beach for some sun.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, a refreshing outdoor swimming pool, and air conditioning. I still remember when the staff helped my elderly parents with such kindness. I highly recommend using the express check-in. I can't wait to return for a romantic escape.

The location is fab for exploring, and the rooms were kept clean. We did need to ask for towels, though, which was a bit odd. And don’t forget your 200 pesos for the safe deposit!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an English channel on the TV, and the AC was a bit of a diva—worked sometimes, but not all the time!
