hacienda maria bonita was a delightful surprise during our stay in playa del carmen. the vibrant mexican decor and colorful pool area truly made us feel the essence of mexico. despite the lively neighborhood, our room was surprisingly peaceful, and the bed was the most comfortable we've had in mexico.

The hotel offers comfortable beds, strong WiFi, and good air conditioning. It is located in the best area of Playa del Carmen, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite their limited English.

Felt so relaxed, no complaints at all.

I stayed at a hotel in the center of Playa del Carmen, just a short walk from the beach. The room had a comfortable king-size bed with a/c and TV, and the service from the staff was excellent. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast at a nearby cafe.

There was some noise at night from nearby nightlife, but everything else was great.

I was pleasantly surprised with the great location and charming decor of this hotel. Although I had read about the noise from the nearby party places, I had a peaceful night's sleep with the help of the HVAC unit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a wonderful stay.Overall I recommend staying at this hotel for a budget-friendly option in the heart of the city.

uneven walkway

This hotel was a great value for the price! There were two things that really stood out to me during my recent stay over Thanksgiving. First, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast every morning and it was actually pretty tasty. Second, the location was perfect – just a short walking distance to all of the major attractions in town. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was one major downside to this hotel that really affected my stay – the noise! I couldn't sleep at all because of the music from a nearby bar that seemed to go on all night long.

I recently stayed at Hacienda Maria Bonita for a few nights and I had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel offers great value for the price, and the location is excellent, close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Despite its proximity to Coco Bongo and a restaurant, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, particularly Alberto who was very professional and nice. The bedrooms were cute and cozy, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, parking was available, which was convenient. a great hotel in a fantastic location.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing, all excellent.

Located right next to the biggest nightclub in town, this hotel is far from being peaceful. Loud music can be heard all night long, which is not ideal for light sleepers. Additionally, the hotel is at the center of the city with all the excitement within walking distance. You can find multiple buzzing areas, restaurants, and beaches close by.

Unpleasant mildew smell throughout the building is a major turn off.

Staff was friendly and let me check in early and check out late. Loved the colorful decor, convenient location, and helpful tips from the front desk. Definitely worth the price.

Some issues with change.

Centrally located, near shopping, yoga, and the beach. Helpful and friendly personnel. Clean and quiet rooms. Complimentary tea/coffee/cake provided in the morning. Nice swimming pool for families and groups of friends.

Superb location, close to 5th Avenue. Friendly and helpful staff. Colorful Mexican style. Comfortable pool and delicious pastries. Convenient for filling up water bottles.

Almost perfect.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and had a fantastic experience. the location was ideal for exploring the town, as it was close to the ferry and bus stations. It was also just a short walk to the beach, which was great. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always willing to help with any questions or requests I had. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and amenities such as AC and ceiling fans. I was very impressed with the value for money at this hotel.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was okay.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel, as it was just around the corner from numerous restaurants and a short walk from the bustling center of the city. We spent most of our time exploring 5th ave, partying, and enjoying the beautiful beach, all within a stone's throw from the hotel. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the vibrant surroundings. The dedicated staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were delightful, especially the toothbrush holder and soap support in the bathroom.

There was a noticeable lack of ventilation in the bathroom, making it feel stuffy at times.
