I had an absolutely extraordinary stay at a beautiful property in Merida. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with magnificent bathrooms. The grounds were a delight, with refreshing pools and a stunning garden. The food was terrific, especially the desserts. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily visit nearby attractions. The owners, Frank and Carolina, were gracious hosts and made our experience truly special. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully restored, offering a comfortable stay for families. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent insight into the local culture. The breakfasts are satisfying and the dinners are delicious. The location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions such as Uxmal. this hacienda offers a serene and picturesque experience with its stunning surroundings and warm hospitality.

The thin walls in some rooms may result in noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

Amazing ambiance, beautiful gardens, and a relaxing pool area. the breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful in arranging activities around the area. the hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Terrible experience during our New Year stay. the hotel had a loud party until early morning, which made it impossible to sleep.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that provides exclusive amenities and an amazing atmosphere. The Spa & wellness centre is a great place to relax and unwind, with a sauna, massage, full body massage and treatment room. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful garden area. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of cuisine, and the bar/lounge area is a great place to relax with a drink. The private facilities are exceptional, and the location advantages are perfect for those looking to explore the area.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the leisure/TV room was a bit small, making it difficult for larger groups to gather and relax comfortably. However, this was a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience at this hotel.
