We loved exploring the unique surrounding of Hacienda Tres Rios Resort, including the beautiful mangrove forest, cenotes, and lagoon. The intimate atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The wide range of options on the all-inclusive menu ensured that there was something for everyone. The entertainment available was a great bonus, keeping us entertained throughout our stay.

The staff at Hacienda Tres Rios Resort Spa & Nature Park always went above and beyond during our stay. From the warm and welcoming breakfast staff to the attentive waiters at lunch, we felt well taken care of. The bartenders, like Luciano, served great drinks all day long, and Alejandro kept the drinks flowing by the pool. Rafael always had our chairs set up just the way we liked them. The service was truly amazing and made our vacation memorable.

It's a short distance from the beach, which is great for beach lovers, and also close to the river, allowing guests to enjoy activities like kayaking down river. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-air-conditioned, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the resort. Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast at the Hacienda Grill, offering a variety of options. The resort also offers a range of activities, from segway tours to snorkeling adventures, keeping guests entertained throughout their stay.

One downside to consider is the presence of seaweed on the beach, which may affect the overall beach experience for some guests.

The tours were interesting, especially the kayak. Some were canceled due to rain. The food was good, albeit limited. The location inside the natural park was ideal. The all-inclusive bracelets that open doors were convenient. The personnel were kind and fun, except at the front desk. The coffee place had great cupcakes and hot beverages.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and the room was comfortable. The location was nice, although the beach area had some seaweed issues. The staff treated us incredibly well, always looking after our needs and making us feel welcome.

The pools and outside gardens were great. The rooms were spacious and had separate toilet and shower areas for privacy. The beds were comfortable. The food at the buffets and restaurants was excellent and the cocktails were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. a beautiful and relaxing resort with plenty of activities and amenities.

The resort had amazing entertainment and tours throughout the day, keeping everyone entertained and making sure we had a great time. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel special. the food at the resort was top-notch and the pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

There were some issues with children in certain areas of the resort after hours, even though it was supposed to be adults-only. It would be great if the resort could enforce this rule more strictly to ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all guests.

The rooms were spacious and well-stocked. the grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was warm and inviting. the staff provided excellent service, and the all-inclusive package was a great value, with meals delivered to the room and a variety of dining options available.

The beach had a lot of seaweed, which was a seasonal issue in the area. the refill of the minibar was missed, and there was a mistake with the timing of a booked bike tour.
