Our plan was to visit nearby beach towns and the Hampton Inn was the perfect base for our stay. The new facility is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping malls, and offers easy access to the highway. From the moment we walked into our room, we were impressed. It was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant smell. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast offered great variety. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size with good lighting. The air conditioning worked well and was not too loud. we were very pleased and felt like we were staying at a 4-star American hotel.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by the Siglo 21 Convention Center and a large shopping center with plenty of shops. We loved being able to explore the area and come back to the hotel, where we could relax outdoors in the beautiful garden. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like a mini-bar and a terrace to enjoy. The staff provided excellent service, from room service and housekeeping to the convenience of a grocery shopping service and laundry facilities. We were even impressed with the free shuttle service and welcome drink upon arrival.

While this hotel had many great features, there were a few things that could have been better. there was no pool, which would have been a nice addition.

The hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. The room was clean and had a nice fragrance when we entered. We loved the comfortable beds and the fact that the room had a fridge. The location was ideal, as it was close to a shopping mall and a convention center. Plus, we were able to easily take an affordable Uber into the city center.

One downside was that there weren't many restaurants around the hotel. However, we did find a bus stop near Costco where we could catch a bus to Progresso.

The location was perfect for us as it was close to a mall with an ice skating rink, which our kids absolutely loved. The front desk employee, Yoli, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeper who cleaned our room was also very friendly and efficient.

The hotel is ideally located near the Siglo 21 Convention Center, making it convenient for business travelers. It is also quite close to the downtown area, perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Additionally, there are plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance, including a mall similar to those in the US.

It seems that the hotel's menu is limited, and the dinner service can be slow at times.

There was a great variety of fresh food available, and the chef was even willing to cook special dishes upon request. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Merida.
