We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The bathroom was also large and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself is beautiful and located in a convenient area for exploring the city's main attractions. The staff, especially Edgar the Concierge, were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to walk to many nearby restaurants and attractions, and we felt safe throughout our stay.

For the price we paid, Hampton Inn was a great deal! The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel had all the facilities we needed, like a laundromat, gym, and a coffee station in the lobby. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town but away from the noise and traffic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Martin who went above and beyond to assist us with tours and recommendations.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and tastier options. It would have been nice to have a wider selection to choose from in the morning.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a romantic getaway. the hotel's location was ideal, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. We also appreciated the beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Mexico City for a week-long trip to explore the city. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of Zocalo and the central city area, making it convenient to visit museums, restaurants, and shops. The reception staff, especially Edgar the concierge, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Edgar not only helped us navigate political protests and plan excursions, but he also called Casa Azul to confirm our tickets and warned us about taxis with counterfeit bills. The ample hot buffet-style breakfast was a great start to our days, and the glass ceiling in the atrium added a nice touch to the ambiance.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to everything and separated from the noisy traffic and crowds. The staff are welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. There is good wifi, a washing machine and dryer available for free, and hot water in the shower.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaint.
