Stayed over Christmas. the beds were amazingly comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely place to start the day with a coffee or end the night with a nightcap. the woman at reception was always cheerful and made check-in a breeze. the location was perfect and provided easy access to key sights.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms didn't work during our stay despite asking for it to be resolved. the floor became incredibly slippery after guests from the upstairs pool walked past our door, which was a major safety concern.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beds were super comfy, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. We also loved the nice balcony that provided a great view of the surroundings. The woman at the reception was always smiling and lovely, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.
