The rooms at Haven Riviera Cancun are incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. The personalized mini-bars and aromatherapy create a cozy atmosphere, and the swim-out rooms offer a delightful experience. The 24-hour room service and premium bedding make it easy to feel relaxed and pampered throughout the stay.

The kitchenette in some rooms might not be necessary for everyone, but it's just a personal preference.

The pool was fabulous, with plenty of activities like volleyball, yoga, and aerobics. The food at all the restaurants, especially Avis Bendita, was amazing. The rooms were clean and the landscaping was immaculate. The nightly shows and dancing at the Moon's Night Club were a great way to enjoy the evenings. The spa was also open, and I had the best massage by Lilliana. The on-site mixologist Alejandro made the best mixed drinks I've ever tasted. my experience at Haven Riviera exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is close to the airport. Guests mentioned that the rooms were lovely and spacious, with a beautiful balcony and stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, being accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. The pools were described as beautiful, with swim-up bars and comfortable cabanas. There were also positive comments about the variety and quality of the restaurants, such as Olios and Satsu. The breakfast at Flavours was mentioned to be good.

The lunch options were limited and disappointing, with a burger shack and buffet being the only choices. Some guests experienced illness after eating at the buffet.

We had an amazing stay with great views of the ocean from some of the eateries. The music on the beach was fantastic and added to the overall ambiance. We loved the variety of restaurants on the property, and the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also had a delicious breakfast buffet every morning with a wide range of tasty options.

One of the facilities was a bit crowded at times, which made it difficult to relax.

Despite the seaweed overgrowth, the staff did a great job of cleaning it daily. The hotel was clean and secluded, providing a relaxing atmosphere. We recently stayed at a stunning property with a private beach. The all-inclusive resort had numerous gourmet restaurants offering high quality food, including Italian, Greek, and Mexican cuisine. With multiple bars and a champagne bar, we never ran out of options for drinks. The complimentary fitness classes and activities such as paddle boarding and spin kept us entertained. The two huge pools with cabanas and a DJ were fantastic, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. This is the only resort we would come back to time and time again. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at a hotel in a very remote area for a relaxing getaway, and it was amazing! The staff was super nice, always helpful, and made our experience very pleasant. We really enjoyed the Asian fusion and beachside buffet options for breakfast, and the food was delicious. The room was modern and spacious, with a hot tub on the balcony with a great view!

I absolutely loved the beautiful pools at the hotel. They were clean and well, maintained, and provided a perfect place to relax and unwind. the swim, out room that I stayed in was also fantastic, giving me direct access to the pool right from my own private terrace. It was such a luxury! Additionally, the in, house photographers were amazing professionals who took stunning photos and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

One thing that could be improved is the 24, hour room service menu. It would be great if they offered basic breakfast items for those who have to leave early for excursions.
