During my recent stay at Krystal Urban, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room. The bed was extremely cozy, ensuring a restful sleep every night. Additionally, the hotel provided access to a pool and gym, which was a great bonus. The staff was also very helpful throughout my stay. The location, while not right in the city center, was easily accessible by Uber or public transportation. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel offered two complementary snacks per day which was a nice touch. The key location was great as it was close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The gym was also a great addition for those wanting to keep up with their exercise routine during their stay.

The shower water pressure was subpar, which made it a less than ideal experience. Despite reporting the issue twice, it was not fixed during our stay.
