I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it was a truly amazing experience. The location was perfect, as it was close to a beautiful park and a stunning museum. The room was clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The staff were all friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were always taken care of. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a lovely terrace and a relaxing swimming pool. I also appreciated the available services such as room service, laundry, and even grocery shopping. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Although this venue is a bit far from the city, it didn't hinder my experience at all. In fact, taking a short taxi or Uber ride to downtown was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall comfort and luxury this hotel had to offer.

The restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food options. We especially enjoyed the fabulous shower and comfy bed. The location was also convenient, close to a fantastic shopping center with excellent restaurant choices. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, like the lack of a hairdryer in the room and broken curtain rod, our overall experience was fantastic. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to others. we had a great stay at Hilton Garden.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the BUAP campus, making it a great choice for trekkers and groups of friends. The restaurant offers a wide selection of breakfast options and provides excellent service. The beautiful views from the hotel add to the pleasant dining experience.

The hotel had great facilities and a helpful front desk. the room service was also quite efficient. the reception area was clean and comfortable. the room itself was spacious and nicely decorated, exceeding my expectations. One aspect that was disappointing was the front desk staff constantly deactivating our room keys. It was frustrating to have to constantly go to them to reactivate the keys throughout the day.

I recently stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was gorgeous and the room was incredibly comfortable, definitely worth the price. The location was great with beautiful views and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is ideal, especially with its close proximity to the university. The breakfast had two complementary facts offered which were delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was key - we were right next to the museum and park.

The staff was not helpful and we felt like we were constantly bothering them. Plus, it was not very festive - there were no decorations or special events.
